Dance Physical Therapy
Dance Physical Therapy
Specialized care crafted for dancers and dance companies/studios. From preparing for rehearsals or performances, to recovering after dancing or injury, LMPT can help keep you healthy and prepared for the next show.
Dance is both an art form and an athletic pursuit, demanding strength, control, and precision in movements that often push the body beyond ideal biomechanics. The repetitive, high-impact nature of training and performance can place significant stress on the body making dancers especially vulnerable to overuse injuries and compensation patterns.
Limitless Motion Physical Therapy provides care that addresses the unique demands of dance. Treatment plans support optimal movement, reduce risk of re-injury, and promote long-term physical resilience—helping dancers perform at their best and build a longer, healthier career.
